ABOUT LEXINGTON ESTATES
Lexington Estates is a property trading company founded in 1971. The company purchases residential and commercial tenanted property for development and resale, predominantly in South West London and surrounding suburbs. Our work includes the modernisation and re-design of compact apartments, loft conversions and ground floor extensions to London townhouses, planning applications for airspace development and commercial lease renewals.
Commercial tenants range from one-man businesses to well known high street names and commercial chains, all acquired for trading and development potential.

BURLINGTON FLATS
With a clever re-design, our interior design team modernised these one bedroom flats within an attractive Victorian property, creating an open plan kitchen, living room and dining space whilst providing all the amenities within a fully-equipped kitchen. Innovative storage solutions combined with high quality workmanship and attention to detail, resulted in the flats being in high demand when launched for sale, achieving a very high value per sq ft for the area.

AUCKLAND HOUSE
In collaboration with our excellent industry partners, we successfully renegotiated a new lease across all 3 commercial units, increasing the overall rental income as well as the value of the asset. In parallel we secured planning permission for an additional 2 storeys comprising 10 new flats within the block's Airspace, and sold this to an experienced developer.
FULHAM TOWN HOUSE
A well thought-out loft conversion in a very desirable London postcode resulted in the highly successful sale of this 3 bedroom maisonette. The high quality design, detail and workmanship throughout including bespoke drinks display unit and custom designed wardrobes made a perfect fit with the requirements of buyers looking for property in this area.
